Worldwide delivery

We deliver our production to your home or office to any location reachable by International Delivery Service DHL. The cost of delivery is included in price.

Customer support

We provide full warranty service during warranty period.
  • for dosimeters ECO-1 and ECO-1M -- during first 12 months
  • for dosimeters MKG-01 -- during first 18 months
              

After end of warranty period repair may be done on payment basis. As far as new models of dosimeters appear rather often, most of our customers prefer upgrading their dosimeters after end of warranty-period.

In case of fault or if you need help please apply to our support team. Please tell us your dosimeter serial number (it is engraved on the back panel of every device) in order to speed up our answer.
